After more than a decade managing real estate around the world for Nike and its brands, I started Delker Real Estate as a consultative practice advising national retailers with their lease portfolios. I am an expert lease portfolio manager and work with all kinds of national clients to save money on their existing leases and stand up goals and systems to focus their energy, save money, and drive revenue.

I am gifted in retail real estate operations, portfolio management, and saving you money. In my work, you will see persistence, professional deliverables, a balance between big picture and details, and recommendations to uplevel your game.

Outside working hours, you’ll find me on the ski slopes, the mountain biking trail, or coaching t-ball.
