Her retail experience spans auto, apparel, footwear, luggage, food, and veterinary care, giving her a wide-angle view of how different industries approach real estate. Claire built her foundation managing retail, office, and industrial leases worldwide for Nike, where she developed a deep expertise in lease administration. This is the unglamorous but critical work of keeping portfolios organized, obligations tracked, and deadlines met to save money and improve leverage. That experience taught her a lasting lesson that the best outcomes come from pairing smart technology with sharp human judgment. Claire has worked hands-on with databases and AI that can catch what a person might miss, but she knows systems alone don't run a portfolio well… people do. She brings that same balance to every client relationship: process-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for the optimal way to get things done. Combined with years advising retailers directly, she understands both sides of the table including what corporate teams need to stay organized and move fast, and what it takes to negotiate well with all kinds of landlords. Her clients count on her as a strategic partner who brings order to complexity and anticipates problems before they surface. Claire holds a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver, is a member of ICSC, and teaches classes for the National Retail Tenants Association.
